Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the AutoLister AI Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Service Description

AutoLister AI provides AI-generated titles and descriptions for Vinted listings through a Chrome browser extension. The Service operates on a subscription basis with usage limits based on your plan tier.

3. Subscription Plans and Usage Limits

We reserve the right to modify pricing and limits with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered for their current billing period.

4. Fair Use Policy

• Single User License: One account per person. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
• No Automation: Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate requests is strictly forbidden.
• Rate Limit Compliance: Attempting to circumvent usage limits through technical means is prohibited.
• Legitimate Use Only: Service must be used for genuine Vinted listing creation, not spam or abuse.
• Prohibited Email Providers: Disposable email addresses are not allowed. If you have previously used or attempt to use one, you risk legal action. Contact us for appeal, or if you believe this is a mistake.
• No Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize our AI-generated content without permission.

5. Account Termination and Refunds

• Termination for Cause: We may terminate accounts immediately for violations without refund.
• Regular Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.
• Data Deletion: Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except for abuse prevention records.
• Chargeback Policy: Fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

• AutoLister AI retains all rights to our software, algorithms, and technology.
• AI-generated content becomes your property upon generation, subject to fair use compliance.
• You grant us the right to use anonymized usage data for service improvement.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits or business interruption.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
• We are not responsible for AI-generated content quality or Vinted account consequences.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoLister AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
• Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• No Class Actions: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms. Material changes affecting pricing or usage rights will be communicated via email.
